Salvation Army Housing Association Tenant Satisfaction

Salvation Army Homes (previously known as Saha) has asked us to carry out an independent survey of residents to help them to improve services.

They want to understand what are the most important issues for you and how satisfied you are with the services they provide.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and will be used to calculate annual tenant satisfaction measures to be published by Salvation Army Homes and reported back to the Regulator of Social Housing.

What you tell us will be strictly confidential. We will report the findings to Salvation Army Homes without identifying any individual residents unless permission has been given, and we will not share your personal details with any other organisation.
