Adur District Council (Adur Homes) are required each year by the Regulator of Social Housing to undertake surveys with its tenants to collect Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). These will be reported to the Regulator and used to improve services. The Council have asked Acuity, an independent market research company, to undertake the survey for 2024/25.
We want to understand what are the most important issues and priorities for you, so please take a few minutes to give us your views.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw. We will select four responses at random for a prize of £50 shopping vouchers each.
